How to fix dry V scalp/scalp psoriasis?

Ive had it for 2 years and it wont go away. My scalp becomes instantly dry 2 days after shampoo, and is dirty straight after shampooing. If i shampoo too much i get dry scalp, if i shampoo too little, my scalp burns and itches
