My right eye is closer to my nose than my left eye and I think it’s because I had a habit of sleeping on my right side for years. Is there any way to fix this without surgery?

i doubt its actually closer, you prob just naturally tilt your head slightly more to one side without noticing it making it look assymetric

I don’t think I have that it was just a bad angle and lighting
idk but it doesnt harm you to check, if you let it develop it can be baaaad, i have it fixed it a bit but still do because i havent reacted in time. Caused asymmetry in every part of my body

Is scoliosis where your spine bones are kind of messed up? I’m not sure where to check or how to check it if it is

They probably will because it can harm you and its easy to check they can probably do it themselves aswell but no so good, better check it with a doctor and there are a lot of causes. Wearing a backpack on one shoulder only bad posture while sitting a better developed muscles on one side of your body lifting heavier weights on one side.. A lot of things in general, muscle imbalance at first then it messes your back up. If you have it and dont check it at the right time it will become a bone problem, not a muscle problem and there is no fixes except for surgery

even if you had scoliosis, you wouldnt get it fixed for free unless it was curved an x amount of degrees
yes you would dumbass if he finds about it when its not really developed exercises are enough, if its curved a lot then he cant fix it for free

For lifting, I do more endurance based exercises rather than strength so I’m measuring the amount of repetitions I can do instead of amount of weight. My right arm can do slightly more reps than my left. Could this be a sign? I had only recently started lifting, around 2 months ago and I was told this was normal and would eventually balence out

Check if your legs are not the same length, and if your hips are not the same height. Also bend down and make somebody look if your spine is going straight or curves to a side

its very easy to fix and there are videos on youtube for exercises you can do to help. but it kinda sucks cuz you have to be aware of your posture 24/7
this? yes but youtube doesnt show a correct way to do it. A orthopedic would him those for free and give him classes. Mine did for completely free

Legs are same length, hips are in same position if thats what you mean and spine is straight

Dont be so concerned about it tho sorry if i freaked you out, its not a big deal im guessing if it was somebody would notice it, also how u can check is take your shirt off relax your muscles and make somebody tell you if one shoulder is lower than the other. Its easy fixable even if you have it. I didnt because i was lazy to do those exercises and didnt gaf that much which i regret now

how to fix that?
Im not really sure but sleeping on your back, having correct posture will help. There are also some tutorials on here and on other places on fixing sphenoid tilt but I dont know the validity of those.
