There are no good solutions for this failo at the moment .

Insufficient Eye length (if you mean palpebral fissure length, sometimes called palberal fissure width) is basically unchangeable except by experimental surgeries like tripod osteotomy. Usually people who have this failo realize how over it is unless they undergo a giga-invasive, expensive, and rare surgery with uncertain outcomes (we don't have any before and after pics of this surgery yet...)
