Been having red blotchy patches on my face for about a year now with periods where it's better or worse I've tried solantra to no avail any tips or methods I tried a carnivore/ elimination diet for two months as well to no avail.

honestly i would go see a dermatologist to rule out conditions like rosacea or eczema.
also use gentle skincare, always use sunscreen (mineral based) and no new products for now. anti inflammatory food is also an important factor. hydration and reducing stress too
