How to fix flat hair?

Nigga my hair is pretty long like it’s almost touching my shoulders at the back, and after the shower I slick it back and form a middle part, I let it dry for like 40 mins and it looks very good, but then after 2 hours it looks dead dry and flat like nigga

use conditioner or maybe some texture spray or powder or smth idrk

same, I use both clay texture and sea salt spray to get some kind of texture flow and volume but obv it only works for a few hours
