How to fix fucked up face from tooth extraction

So my bum ass dentist made me extract my 2 of my molars on my bottom jaw. And my face is fucked. I will need surgery but idk where to go know abt all this stuff.

Do i go to another ortho? Hes probably gonna spew some more nonsense. So where do i go where a proper ortho or whatever person that specializes in this stuff that can accurately diagnose me and my facial problems and what surgeries i will need

How old are you. If you are young maybe they can improve your situation without surgery, but otherwise prepare for bimax or something

Where do you live. I would go for consultation with airway focused or blackpill maxofacial surgeon. And during the consultation ask for ortho recommendation who could deal with your specific case.

You might not find good surgeon, ortho during the first couple of visits as most of them suffer from group delusions.
