My philtrum is already short
Nose is 55 mm or so

my IPD is 63 so can’t expand my zygos too much

High upswinging LeFort 1 can give an impression of having a shorter midface

well theoretically yes, but the amount midface is shortened is minuscule and you also need to be recessed to get a bimax in the first place

CCW can make it a bit shorter since youre rotating the LF1 area clockwise

Any way to make the skin under nose (that's perpendicular to face) a bit thinner. That could reduce nose-length by 1mm.

I would say def do BOTH ... MSE and SFOT

To both widen the MAXILLA and the MANDIBLE bones. Expand your face and your long face will stand out less and you may even have one of those dimorphic faces which are slightly long and that women dig. Are you tall?

Even if you got both of those, the change would be minimal. Midface shortening is just a minor side effect of those surgeries, it might not even happen at all
