I dont know what to do with my ultra high inhibiton. Im a very shy person, especially women wise, I have the looks to get women its not a problem for me anymore, but i physically cant calm myself down. Im always nervous on the hallways in school. What should I do. This is a serious post

Idk i was also very shy had social anxiety was scared talking to new people or foids but once i stopped going to the gym eating naturally doing what i want having 0 stress in my life i started talking to people and got myself a foid and dated much more foids before this one.

bottom up approach, dont try to outthink your anxiety, will only make it worse

calm your body and your mind will calm itself too, i know it sounds counterintuitive but ive learned after 25 years this is the only thing that works for me

how to calm your body? practice somatic exercises, tune into your body, theres tons of resources about it
