How to fix high inhib?

I think it destroys my life.
I was pretty low inhib when I was young but with puberty, smoking weed, doing drugs, being an incel, etc. it made me very high inhib and it's fucking awful

Alcohol, stimulants, and exposure therapy have helped me. But even then, my high inhib self is forever lurking under the surface. It takes regular maintenance to remain low inhib
