How to fix hyoid?

I've had bimax 3 weeks ago, and people are telling me that they can actually see my jaw for the first time. My hyoid is still cooked tho. It's still post surgery bloated but i don't think it'll be perfect once the bloat is gone.
So how to fix it without using the guillotine?
Any hard/soft- maxx ideas? - Sure getting lean is the best idea but any other methods besides getting to 5% bf?
