IM not talking about high inhibition, I'm talking about like legit autism, its not even a confidence issue.

NAC and GABA you can use dihxea but it’s dependent on your neurochemistry could make it worse

what do these do? Doesnt it just lower inhibition? Like I said that isnt my issue, even when im at full confidence I cant say the right things.
