moving hairline forward is a must

for example ascends jesse pinkman

it doesn't matter if you have a large cranium. As long as forehead is correct height and width. If anything, you'll look better

yeah problem is partially fixed by doing that but it restricts your fashion options by a lot and showing off a good forehead beats hiding it.
