My zygos are slightly overprotuded and you can see my cheek bones at obese fat%, i have slightly hollow cheeks at 23% bf rn

Have you ever heard about 12-90mm lenses making your whole face longer? That's the case here, also that's why your nose will look so big in most of your photos. Just take measure from a mirror or something, photos are a total scam

And if it does push the maxilla forward yes the mid face will shorten, hate to be nerd but think Pythagoras theorem as you move your maxilla forwards it goes at more of an angle so there is still the same amount of bone but it will go down less but diagonal if that makes sense.
