How to fix long midface

Is Bimax able to shorten a long midface? So my midface ratio is about 0.9 which is awful combined with my bad fwhr ratio. My chin to philtrum ratio is also horrendous at about 1:1.4 so I could also get a lip lift in order to shorten my philtrum. Are there any other options for fixing a long midface?

Cope, well maybe not but doubt it will do that much, usually posture gets bad to compensate from bad jaw development not vice versa tho idk
