How to fix lower eyelid wrinkles

I have weird wrinkle in my lower eyelid almost all time but sometimes dissapper, what is the cause ?sleeping position? Lack of under eye support?
Is lower eyelids straightening surgery the only option ?

Under-eye fat transfer, also called fat grafts

It costs 2500$ or more. If you google "fat graft" and the name of your state, you can see who does this and whether the surgeon has a good rep.

Not sure what type of underlid wrinkle you are talking about? The guy in the OP pic looks like he's having a "wrinkle" like the one marked with a green arrow here

It's considered safe. But know that you want it, since it's a permanent fix, unlike fillers.

I meant do they migrate after couple of years or what's the catch?
Why would not everyone do them if they are permanent and better than fillers?

1) the price
2) that it's permanent is both a pro and con, like what if it's not as you wanted them
3) they are less available, fillers are for sale everywhere

I doubt they migrate, but haven't researched
