My right messeter muscle is way more developed than my left and it gives my left side a round look while my right is sharp, how do I fix this?

If you aren’t already doing so, chew evenly on both sides, starting with more on your underdeveloped side to balance it out a little. Consider myofunctional therapy if your imbalance is caused by improper chewing, clenching or posture.
Although, if you want a more aggressive alternative route, I recommend injecting Jeuveau into the overdeveloped side, to reduce its size over time. It’s actually a common practice used to slim the jawline, reduce bruxism, and/or balance facial asymmetry. Jeuveau, often called “Newtox”, by Evolus, is prabotulinumtoxinA, similar in performance to Botox, but cheaper due to it being a newer product. I consider it to be the best one, even better than Botox. Since I assume you haven’t used botulinum toxin before, diffusion control becomes critical here.
To preserve function and aim for facial symmetry, you need to reduce hypertrophy of the right masseter muscle only and avoid excessive weakening via a gradual and natural-looking atrophy over 4-6 weeks. Units are 1:1 to Botox, so no confusion there. Start conservatively with 20-25 units into the right masseter only. You can always add more, but you can’t take it back. If needed, titrate after 4 weeks. Divide the dose into 3-5 injection points across the thickest portion of the muscle. Palpate it while clenching to locate its belly, as a rule of thumb stay 1-1.5cm above the mandible and avoid the anterior border near the risorius, to not paralyze your expressions.
Prior to intramuscular injection, reconstitute each vacuum-dried vial of Jeuveau with only sterile, preservative-free 0.9% sodium chloride injection, USP. You will obtain a reconstituted solution at a concentration of 4 units/0.1ml. Use a 27 gauge needle, 1/2 inch length, inserting it 6-10mm deep, intramuscularly. Carefully inject slowly to avoid diffusion.
Effects should start kicking in after 5-7 days, with peak results after about 4 weeks. Recheck by week 4-6 to assess asymmetry, bite strength, and aesthetic results. If needed, consider a touch-up, where you inject 5-10 more units. Jeuveau typically lasts 12-16 weeks when injected in this area. Don’t inject more frequently than every 12 weeks. Totaling 25-35 units (6.25-8.75ml) every cycle (12 weeks), depending on severity, after a few cycles, the muscle may have visibly atrophied enough that maintenance requires less units or may be stopped altogether. It’s better to inject less than you were supposed to, rather than over-injecting and being stuck with too much botulinum toxin in your face. Anesthesia is not needed.
You can get your hands on a 100-unit vacuum-dried powder in a single-dose vial of Jeuveau for around $600, lasting you about 3-4 cycles (somewhere around 9-16 months) if you only use it for your right masseter. No smaller options are currently available on the market.
