How to fix maxilla recession, specifically from braces during puberty

before i got braces i got 2 upper teeth extracted and they basically retracted my upper teeth backwards recessing my maxilla and i get my braces taken off in 2 weeks and genuinely don’t know what to do im currently 15 rn got braces when i was 12 and was rlly fat back then and never took pics of my side so idk if i was already recessed but i don’t remember my nose being how it is it just like slopes down. Should i consult with another orthodontist that deals with airways/ jaw development

if they've already removed your teeth there's not much you can do, yes go to an airway doctor. marpe and reverse pull headgear may help
