I recently turned 17 years old, and the right side of my face has considerably less bone and muscle. Nobody has ever mentioned it, but I notice it. I have also noticed that my right clavicle is slightly shorter compared to my left one, I have not noticed it as much anywhere else on my body. I have no ideas on how I would fix this issue and if it's even possible to fix. The only tips I've seen is sleeping on your back (slept on my side my whole life until about a year ago.) Another thing I have noticed is my eyes are pretty decently lined up, so I don't think my sphenoid has any big issues. Let me know if I am wrong, I'll take any advice.

Check and see if your palate is asymmetrical. Could be apart of the issue.

Your right my palate is slightly less wide on my right side. Any ways I could fix it?
I have the same thing, I've been chewing with my left side since I was 9 and so the left side of my palate is significantly wider than my right side. You could try thumbpulling but it'll take absolutely forever. I'd recommend trying to see if you can get a palate expander and then focus on expanding the right side of your palate.
