How to fix my irritation

The irritation on my nose ,it looks so much redder irl than on the photos , what I ve tried is hydrocortisone 2x a day for 5 days, and no it didn't help so I stopped , I'm desperate dont realy know what to do? For now I'll just use non acid moisturizer and stop all other acids

Yeah but mostly before that I've stopped using the only acid I use which is tretinoin I stopped it for almost 2-3 weeks but didn't help, so right now I stopped it again but now with alot of moisturizer, I thought maybe is there a product to fix irritation like this?

It takes a while for the skin to completely repair but in the meantime continue moisturising and avoid harsh face cleansers

I'm using KLAPP C-pure cleaner I think it's not harsh as I read online
