How to fix my sleep ?

I always woke up 5 am and i generally need to wokeup at 6 am its a so small period of time that i usally dont sleep back but i get tierd easyer
@SlayerJonas any tipp man and why is this happens ?
I dont drink any drink that has coffein

Start with sleeping around the same time, waking up around the same time and building a routine first of all. You can build the sleeping habits around this, reduce blue light exposure, drink some tea and chill the fuck out before bed. Put your phone away and reflect about your day.

The basics are the basics because they work. It's not that hard.
