yes ur eye area is good. i feel like lens distortion is nerfing u here. also seems like ur still young. get healthy sleep and a diet + go to the gym and ride out your age youll b fine. also look for a new haircut mby grow it out and try things to darken ur eyebrows.

ur jaw and neck is fine you can do neck training if you wanna fix it and you cant really do anything about your jaw, just max out everything else

nah his philtrum clearly protrudes more than his nose which is a sign of overbite because he is clearly not recessed. Although I would wait till adult since if you're gl you can pull off an overbite sometimes. his chin is probably recessed for the same reason. maybe narrow palate
