So in the first profile is the side but in the 2nd pic from another time with a more closer look to the front you can see my chin which is slightly raised and has a weird line I believe is called a mental crease so is there anyway I can fix it?

Not bad bro, not bad

You got a prettyboy-ish face. Decent features so your smaller chin won’t be bad.

Lose all the weight. Don’t worry until any particular feature related to your bones until your face has no fat in it. You probably need to get to 70kg.

yeah, when i started ortho my dentist recommended me jaw surgery for when im older but gave me an appliance to see how it goes because i had an overbite but i might be able to get a free surgery but this was me before the appliance.

Waaaay better.

Good ortho. I doubt you’ll be able to get the surgery with the overbite excuse if it’s fixed already, but you could always just get genioplasty.

But it went from being a failo to being a normal feature. So you would not have to do anything unless you wanted an above average chin.

your mentalis muscle is overtrained. Do massages to release tension or get botox

Is botox permanent for this, I am actually asking I also have this problem and I don't like it

it isnt permanent last about 3-4 months but with long term use it can last like 25% longer than usual because it trains the muscles to relax over time
