how to fix my workout routine

I created a workout routine and idk if it’s good, give me tips on anything there is to improve

LEGS ABS (3x 8-12 all)

squat

laying hamstring curls

db walking lunges

hip adduction

calf raises

leg raises



CHEST TRI (3x 8-12 all)

db flat bench

cable chest fly

incline chest press

decline bench smith machine

tricep extenstion rope





BACK BI (3x 8-12 for all not written down)



pull ups

seated cable pull

vertical grip row machine

reverse chest fly 3x 13-17

shrugs

deadlift 3x 4-6

machine preacher curls



LEGS ABS. (3x 8-12 for all not written down)



rdl

hamstring curls

bulgarian split squats

leg extension

hip abduction

calf raises. 3x 13-17

decline weighted sit-ups



SHARMS. (3x 8-12 for all not written down)

lateral raises db

db shoulder press

cable reverse fly. 3x 13-17

cable curls

cable hammer curls

db tate press

tricep kickback
 
dont do decline bench press, it has no benefits for "lower chest" just do normal and incline, dont do triceps kickback, triceps extensions or overhead dumbbell triceps extensions instead.
dont do smith machine.
shrugs are unessecary
leg raises suck
if you do freeweights only with no belts and whatever (unless on pr) abs development should be fine
instead of sit ups, do cable crunch
quit using those machines buddy
