A beard can help improve the appearance of a narrow jaw. However, that's only masking the issue, masseter training can only help you so much either, even with proper training. You're not training it properly if you think you're getting TMJ, doing too much work with too little rest will only lead to an overuse injury, and for what? The masseter muscle will not significantly alter your lower third, I mean yeah, train it, it will help, but there's no need to take it to the extreme because the potential gains from it are not worth it.yes i’ve trained masseters and they don’t really help as much i have a clicking in my jaw and i am worried about TMJ is there anything else besides Hardmaxx that will help give me jaw width?

I'm very sad to inform you that the only significant way to improve this area is either through surgery, implants or fillers.
