bad breathing
worse postrure
shit sleep
and a big lists of issues if you explain that your closer to succes

i mean on paper it should work your aqpplying force and this does work but at what point do we classify something as "it works" cause thumbpulling sure can help but the growth is so minimal even an ant would not see much differnece besides your prob not gonna stick your gfinger in ur mouth for hours a day so an expender helps way more as its precisers 24/7 and harder also wtf is metal piece

I asked my orthodontist for MSE, i gave them so many BS reasons but they still denied it bro, they said that they would have to expand my lower jaw too and it would take too long. So now I probably have to go to another private clinic and pay for that shit. so long bro

They’re just saying that to get them off ur ass if your in your adolescence your mandible should adapt to the new occlusions, they also can first do the MSE and if your mandible arch doesn’t increase/adapt then they can expand it too.

Honestly im not sure, it can take 12-18 months for MSE then observation period + if needed the mandible expansion. If you’re down bad, then I guess you can keep trying.
Just MSE + Observation would take like 6-9 months

I'll try asking them again next time I have my appointment. I hope I can because I'm not tryna pay a fuck ton for mse when i could possibly get it for free.
+ im ngl, my upper jaw is a lil narrow, i cant fit my tounge to the roof of my mouth properly.

Don’t. Mse is ass and is gonna make u ogre. I think segmental lefort is the only path. But even then you won’t get true expansion with zygos. Only mse does that but mse can make you assymetrical and ogre. The only problem with narrow palate is ugly smile and lips being narrow. You could fraud your lips with Botox filler to a degree even make up. Don’t get mouth widening surgery with eppley makes you look like perma joker. If you really wanna make your palate wider it’s gonna be segmental lefort with zygo implants or fillers.
