It's prett overblown as long as it's not extreme. 1-4 degrees NCT is fine.

It depends if you have NCT due to your eye shape or just due to your lower eyelid being droopy.
You can try retinol (start with low doses) on your lower eye region (eye bags and lower eye lid). Apparently getting a lash lift can help since some people have their eye lashes so long it frauds NCT.

Most people who look like they have a NCT actually have a neutral canthal tilt which appears to be negative because of droopy lower lids, negative hooding etc

Not sure what causes that. One video on looks was trying to claim the main cause is not being forward grown enough making you have to look up or something like that. Might go try and find some faces with NCT to verify if there is anything to that.

Cap. I'm forward grown AF and have NCT. I even have high set cheekbones so that's cap too. The only thing that matters is genetics and where the tendons or eye muscles are placed.

I think it can be genetic too, literally every male in my fathers side of the family (including me ) has a slight negative canthal tilt, and some of them look like straight up chads profile wise.
