how to fix nose+jaw assymetry?

I have thought of doing septoplasty+rhinoplasty and possibly some orthodontic appliances but idk if it is worth it

Thats one of my biggest flaws tbh so if I fix this I will ascend a bit more. Are these worth it and if they are not what would you recommend?
