How to fix nose?

I have dark triad features insanely high and sharp zygos well defined sharp jawline and my brow reach shades the light from my eyes.... but my nose sucks. Idk if i have a recessed maxilla/mandible or just a basic dorsal hump but yeah when i normally stand its not that bad but when i laugh it is so noticable. I can and will get surgery if i cant find a way to atleast hide/better it a little... please help

I believe its ethnic since my family also has it and i am planning on getting rhino but i heard ppl saying that bonesmashing might make it bigger but straighten the dorsal hump.. let me know if you know anything abt that brotha and thanks for the help
