I am 17 and i want to get either a twin block or a herbst device Since im almost grown i think HGH will boost the peformance of the Braces any advice (Except surgery)

My bad gang I dnr at first. You can't fix that shit without bimax unless you want them to recess your maxilla using braces

Obviously you dont know what twinblocks and herbst device are (your thinking about metal braces with those elastics)

I mean in reality only braces [forsus appliance} works and obviously surgery but u could try tren, not test
