my overbite isnt too bad but i still wnna fix it and i dont wnna resor to braces lol plus what are the odwnsides of braces?

Just consult an orthodontist, Lol This mouthguard probably won't fit your bite and could make things worse. It's better to get braces and try to avoid having any teeth extracted

I have a palete expander I got from a orthodontist, and it helped but not as much as this has helped me and I haven’t had any problems with mouthguard

Just go to the ortho bro. Depenidng on severity rubber bands or a metal mechanism at the back of your jaw.
