Fix your bite boyo, you probably have overbite or deep bite.

yeah i have all issues related to asymmetry, like an overbite, and for me to fix that i first need to fix my tooth because my left upper tooth is higher than the right, which causes my jaw to shift to the right to sit comfortably. that caused my tongue to lean to the right more, applying pressure only there, so my right side grew, and left side stayed. i confirmed this with having less full lips on the left side, not a positive canthal tilt on the left eye like the right, and a bite asymmetry, as well as a higher cheekbone

It will fix itself over time with correct tongue posture and bite, of course you won t get 100% facial symmetry but this worked for me when I had an uneven palate and I can see it working for you

plus damage is already done my right side already grew, fixing bite would not reverse the growth on the right and give that to the left, i need to manually expand my left side now and i dont know how the fuck that is done:feelswhy:

so i just fix my tooth asymmetry so my jaw sits symmetrical and it will go away? why not just palate expander

Just practice the things I ve sent and over time it will get better, trust. Don t be a sperg and panic abt it, unless you are 30 you will see results over time and your face will get better.

I am not aware of any one sided palate expanders. If anything a normal one would just make it worse. I suggest you suppliment with eggs and milk while fixing your bite

Do you understand that it has nothing to do with palate, right?
it does, i manually pull my lower eye lid up because thats what a good zygomatic projection would do and give more tilt, which when i do i see both my eyes match each other somewhat. i am aware it might still not be the same after fixing my palate, but i can swear that its the palate. i can just feel the bones upon touch that the left is lower than the right

i will try this after consulting with a dentist i think i have a skull xray appointment this weekend so

Smartest graycel
i measured my palate arch and everything too it is asymmetrical numbers dont lie, maybe im wrong but when i was a kid i never had that issue, up until when it was puberty and time for my bones to grow, which they did but in a fucked up way

Proving my point.

Asymmetry of the palate does NOT mean that this is the cause.
