This is my first ever thread so don't blame me and just tell If smth wrong.
Fixing your posture is one of the easiest and best ways to gain confidence and to look taller, stronger and better.
But how do I even know If my posture is bad?
people with bad posture often have a bad frame bacause their shoulders are turned in and their cervical spine isn't alligned corectly,
wich can also cause breathing problems.
Now the most important thing:
how do I fix it?
A bad posture comes from within sitting and standing/walking uncorectly.

- To sit properly you have to lean back, relax your shoulders and your chest and pay attention to not move your head forward
- And to stand/walk corectly your body has to be evenly straight with your shoulders pressed back and your chest forward

- leaning forward while beeing on the phone
- sleeping with pillow
- (bonus) scretching and neck training like: Neck curls and chin tucks (better results with resistance)
