how to fix ratios?

bizygomatic: 140-145mm (idk how to calculate)

midface length (pupils to top lip): 72.5mm

nose length (pupil to bottom of nose): 55.5mm

philtrum length: 17.5mm

IPD: 65mm

midface ratio: 0.89

ES ratio: 0.455

I've used hairstyle with more volume ontop, tigther on side for midface ratio. beard to hide long philtrum, balance out lower third with rest.

Any other methods? my lips are big so not sure if lip lift would help me. lower third in general is lacking (my ramus is short, chin not projected). My nose is slightly hooked with slight bulbous tip. My hairline is 3 fingers

i heard bimax can reduce philtrum or uplift the nose tip? and if i get trimax it can make chin length longer.

but what other surgeries

from mid brow to upper lip its 1.84.

its genentics , sure you can shorten your forehead and make you lower third. but thats basically it.
