what to do if you have a recessed chin/ mandibular recession, orthodontic work? if so then what to do exactly

ur young asf, maybe early for bimax but braces for now to fix ur teeth positioning and bite etc,.

but to solve recession all you can really do is surgery

Idk, palate expander, elastics that pull mandible they alone won't fully ascend you it depends natural growth.
I had orthos for 4 years 2 of which palate expander then 2 or elastics it saved me, I'm still a bit recessed but after I took them off my mandible improved/grew a bit, which is insane considering it grew after 17
