Recently as ive gotten into looksmaxxing community, i come to realize that i really do have potential, but side profile is cooking my shit up, and im too young for hard maxxing (cant earn a lot of money by myself and dont wanna risk life long injuries/side effects), so im wondering how can i fix recessed jawline and poor chin projection (also have overbite.)

The "ortho"in orthodontologist stands for jaw. That's always part of the deal. Mine told the the braces are there to correct overbite and "make space in the jaw", which is bluepill code for advancing your mandible and expanding your palate

Also note that depending on your age all orthodontics is able to do is correct issues with your bite, if you're above a certain age/threshold of development you'll see very little changes in the aesthetics department, so if you're unlucky your jaw may close perfectly but your chin will still look largely recessed.** @SamMar
