How to fix recessed/flat maxilla?

Let’s say I have the money for actual fixes/procedures and I don’t have to cope using methods that haven’t been proved to work.
What is the best possible way to solve it? Implants? Something different? Please high iq answers only

Bimax or just lefort 1 depending on what you need. Even this is cope if your midface developed poorly which it most likely did, but midface can be altered using implants.

Nevertheless if you plan to surgerymax bimax should be the first thing you get even though it most likely won't do much on its own, but will provide proper base for further surgeries.
