just follow a good skincare routine and the redness will go away with time, its likely caused by dehydrated skin.

looks like rosacea to me, OP. if you have any barrier issues, fix those first. consider products like tranexamic acid, niacinamide and an oil-free moisturizer. if the redness stays, your only hope are vascular lasers.

i used to have that shit on my nose and it ended up being dehydrated skin so idk im just speaking from experience

never ever apply topical steroids on your skin, it will only make it worse in the long run. especially if you're rosacea prone.

Might be Rosacea. Try Azelaic Acid 15-20%. It's efficacious and basically free of side effects.
