how to fix see through nipples

I don't have gyno or puffy nipples, its just my ring or whatever its called that goes around nipple ( Areola) keeps showing up under my white wifebeaters, it's the color difference that shows up not the nipples itself.

how to stop that? I want to wear an undershirt freely without thinking about it fucking poking through and makes me feel like a faggot asf
