i use vit c personally and havent noticed much of an improvement as I have thin skin causing dark eye circles too.
most improvement ive seen has been after my microneedling sessions then the tretinoin is gradually helping too.

If it’s genetic then it always a bone problem. You can try everything but it won’t work and only gets worse by age. Only way is surgery

U need to get fat grafting (don’t recommend filler since it can migrate) fat grafting comes with risks if done poorly but to prevent js go to a experienced and qualified plastic surgeon (I mean it don’t botch urself). If u got the money get a orbital/maxilla advancement surgery - risky but fixes the issue permanently.
