I started going to the gym 2 months ago but I feel like I’m still going through puberty so I my body hasn’t developed the frame to fully build the muscles, I only started growing armpit hairs like a few months ago, I’m also 5’9 and don’t want to injure my spine doing deadlifts and stunt my growth are there any other excersizes I can dour side profile isnt bad, fix had posture. fix body posture, start gymmaxxing and doing deadlifts to fix ur back musclulature. start slow and w low weights. slow is the key.
