how to fix skin always being red as soon as i do something

i believe i have rosacea but i cant be 100% sure because me jew dermatologist says he wont give me any analysis of rosacea while im on accutane. and so im wondering what are the causes of my skin turning really red?? this primarily happens in my face and it gets red as soon as i even get A LITTLE warm or i eat some spice food and its really annoying becuase everyone always points it out and im not sure what i can do about it becuase its descending me so if you know the cause for this and have a solution please let me know.

trust me i have friends who are whiter then me and there skin is NEVER red not even in the sun NOTHING makes there skin red and for me this became a big insecurity and a looksmin

face getting flushed is normal, it just depends on how severe, post some pics.

problem is i don’t have pictures of it when it happens people just point it out, and i guess i feel it becuase i can feel my face getting really warm which is a sign of it getting red. but from what i know its usually pretty bad and it always gets pointed out as “why are you so red?”.

no girl thinks red faces are attractive, especially in my case like i states i think it gets so bad that my face also gets a pink tint to it so its make it even worse and noticeable.

i get this too everytime i cleanse my face gets red as shit i stopped cleansing with gentle cleanaser instead i do jojoba oil cleansers and switched to zinc oxide+titanium dioxide sunscreen this was worked for me + also apply moisturizer frequently im on reitnoids and i apply beef tallow/jojoba oil 2x day

problem is my skin doesn’t get red when new skin care is added to it, it just becomes red out of nowhere for no reason.

no in redness i mean that my skin normally looks normal but as soon as there’s like a weather change and my body gets effected it feels like all the blood starts circulating in the face and then my face turns really red.
