How do I genuinely fix my skin quality, it needs me a lot. I used to have really bad acne accutane fixed that but I have all the left over scars and it just looks dog shit

Thats weird, I cant view the video. However, the scars do appear deeper from the first pics you sent. Im sure time will fix it mostly
