How to fix skinny fat?

2-3 years gym with good diet and training plan (as natural)/few months of roids and training hard.

Exercise, eat less for a bit, and then exercise and eat more for a bit.

Would calisthenics work?
Stop overcomplicating it, there's no inherent difference in exercise other than muscle stimulation and calories burnt.
Just eat less calories, and burn more calories, doesn't matter if you're walking or lifting.

Such a rudimentary question, you could find this out by using Google or the search bar rather than posting a whole thread.

IDK, for me calisthenics is hard as fuck because I wouldn't know if I make progress or not. In the gym you bench 110kgs 6 times for 3 series and next gym session you make it 7 times 3 series and you know you get stronger, calisthenics I wouldn't know. I think if you have good plan it is better than sitting in your house but you won't get gym results in my opinion.

You can't fix skinny fattness by cutting calories. You have no muscles. You can go to 60kg skeleton at 6 feet tall and you still will look bad, You need to train hard and burn fat. I was skinny fat and I know what it means. I'm 6'1 I looked fat at 70 kg. I had to cut/bulk/cut bulk for 2 years to look normal.

There’s a search bar and also make sure to dyor.

Check your hormones (thyroid, testosterone, estrogen, prolactin) if you hold excess water weight and fat gets on your hips and chest too much.

Some people’s hormones are really fucked so they’ll need some mild pharmaceutical assistance. At least to start.

Holy shit it's not that complicated.
Just exercise and eat healthy. There doesn't need to be a whole fucking thread about it, let alone a conversation within said thread.
