How to fix sleep schedule I think i’m gonna die soon

Since Monday, I have pulled 3 all nighters, almost a 4th last night, although I woke up at 6:30PM not even seeing the sun today. I am struggling to feel tired at a normal time and need help fixing it. Please help me.
 
Try melatonin, but make sure you don’t take too high of a dose. If that doesn’t work then consult a doctor abt it and get prescribed some shit.
 
what works for me is just pulling an all nighter and going to bed when i want to reset my sleep schedule to. But you said you have tried that and it doesnt work, so just pull 2 all nighters, get as tired as possible and go to bed at the time you want to reset it to. and if you have to dont get a lot of sleep so you are still tired, and do it again the next day.

How much should I dose? And since I slept for 14 hours and woke up an hour ago do I try and sleep at a normal time?
 
No caffeine intake and get tired during the day, if it doesn't work then no screen and dim lights before sleep, if it doesn't work then add melatonin, if it still doesn't work then do some breathing exercises as well, still doesn't work? Zolpidem I guess

I tried that and I developed Psychosis, I was literally Hallucinating at school and was really scared
 
Insomnia is the worst, I hate it since I never feel tired til 2 or 3 am then wake up feeling like shit. The cycle repeats every day. I suggest taking Melatonin
 
buy this lamp right here to set your wake time, use this shit for like 20 minutes every morning upon waking. if you use that lamp at the time you want to wake up every morning consistently, i guarantee youll start waking up at that time even if you dont use an alarm. its the same as getting sun into your eyes in the morning. also take a low dose of melatonin 3 hours before your desired bedtime so your body starts to get tired at the right time

3-5mg. No, if you try to go to sleep at a normal time, you’ll be miserable lying in bed for hours. I used to do that shit and it is awful. Just watch a couple movies, then try to go to sleep in like 8 hrs.

5mg if the situation is really bad. 1mg once everything normalizes

fyi this lamp is the shit people use in winter bc no one gets any sunlight during winter & everyones' circadian rhythm is fucked

but then i’m just gonna wake up at the same time tomorrow
