i go to sleep at 6 am please help in the night im a target for demons

Whenever I'm having problems with my sleep schedule, I take 30mg of cyproheptadine hydrochloride at a specific time. It fulfills its initial purpose, but it does cause something like brain fog that lasts for at least 2 days in my case. Be aware that it rapes your eye area - at least for some time, as far as I know.

These days more like 3-4am

you of all people know a good sleeping schedule is essential to truly being healthy. early bird guts the worm, i think even 11pm or midnight for NEETs isnt too bad.
