I have shit eye bags because of genetics but it will make them look worse if I don’t sleep, so for all my depressed cels who needs to wake up early in the morning how do you do it?
 
If you go to sleep really late, at like 3-4 am, start fasting at like 3 pm, sleep whenever you feel like it, and set your alarm for when you want to wake up, as soon as you wake up, get some sun and eat breakfast. Repeat this for another day, and you will wake up early, no alarm, every day.
Or just pull an all nighter
