Also why do I feel tired when I wake up at like 5AM even if I sleep like 9-10 hrs when I feel less tired after like 6 hours of sleep and waking up at like 11AM
 
I could relate to that. For me what fixed it was getting right nutrients. I don't want to scare you, but it might be some sort of sleep disorder. Also how long is ur last meal before bed?

Most likely not tbh Im just in holiday

probably around 3 hrs before

It’s pretty typical to feel less tired when sleeping 6-8 hours than 9+. Also, if you wake up at 5am when it’s still dark you will feel more tired because the sun has not yet risen.
