Gonna be my first serious post in a while
Step 1: bedtime
Make sure u just go to sleep at ur usual time
(for me this is 1am)
Step 2: wake up at 5 am (an hour before when I need to get up for school when It starts) u only have to do 1 hour before ut wakeup for work/ school
Step 3: suffer, u will be tired for this first day but its like tren how it takes 6 months to get t back Jfl
Step 4 : go to bed at desired bedtime for 8 hours sleep minimum
For me this is 10pm
Step 5 : repeat these steps until you're sleep schedule is desired
Sleep maxxing suppliments can be used but aren't necessary
I always use this before school maxxing again
I am doing it now as school is meant to start soon, I pray a second wave comes
