Pull all nighter or wake up one hour earlier each day for a week?

Snort speed to function during the day then take zolpidem to fall asleep whenever you want (don't do it but it would work)

i dont have access to sleep drugs would you say waking up earlier each day by one hour is better than all nighter to reset sleep?

this never translates to a consistently improved schedule

you'll have to stop rotting, like others said

zolpidem also works, but after a certain point you'll need 10 x the dose to get the desired effects

alcohol helps with falling asleep, but destroys its quality (and your body in general)

benzos are also helpful until you build tolerancee, plus the withdrawals can suck
