How to fix sphenoid?

im sure that i have a sphenoid torsion of some sort, my right eye subtly sits lower and my right cheekbone also looks rounder and lower and the right side of my jaw also looks more tucked in while the left side of my jaw seems to be outward, almost as if my jaw was slanted, i touched my sphenoid bone or atleast the area it’s supposed to be and i can clearly feel a deviation, the left side felt higher and the right side was lower, i want to know how to fix this? i know posture is apart of it but i want a clear answer that isnt hidden behind a paywall like everything is on tiktok

basically just posture
posture is directly tied to symmetry
facial and skeletal like ribs
if u do stomache vacuum u will notice that u prob have asymmertical ribs
